Each solicitation names one point of contact. Send all questions in writing to that person only.

How to Submit

• Submit by email to rfp@onecityschools.org unless the solicitation says otherwise, and use the subject line it requires.
• The official time of receipt is the timestamp recorded by the One City Schools email server. Each email receives an automatic confirmation of receipt.
• Late submissions will not be opened or considered. It is the proposer's responsibility to confirm timely receipt.
• Submissions remain unopened until the scheduled opening. At the opening, only proposer names and the lots or items bid are announced.
• From release until the notice of intent to award, do not contact any One City Schools employee or Board member about a solicitation other than its named point of contact.
