Exciting collaboration w/ our Health Team & UW Madison researchers for a One City, Covid-19 TEST site using a quick and easy "spit test" for ages 5 y/o and up!

We are moving forward with testing under UW Madison researchers IRB at OCS on Monday, November 2nd and during 4 week testing period.

You are invited to come, sign and participate in our first day of testing.

Please see the links to the consent forms and the short video demonstrating how spit testing works.

Parents: The Parent Informed Consent is for parents to consent for their children, ages 5-7, to take part in the study.

Staff: The Consent Form is for those 18 and up consenting to take part in the study.

Following video was made by a district in Chicago utilizing this type of test to ensure they are all healthy and ready for in-person instruction. It is linked here as an example only.
