Mr. Joel Colon was born in Puerto Rico, I have 8 years of experience in the food industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is a Certified Dietary Manager and Food Protection Professional (ANFP). Mr. Colon worked as the nutrition team lead for Milton Elementary School. He has two young children and loves spending time with his family. He enjoys reading.
