My name is Kearra Baker Caldwell. I currently attend MATC for my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I’ve worked in childcare for 5 years. I started working at Smartie Pants and was the lead teacher in the infant room for 3 years. After that I started working at Pooh Bear Childcare, while there I worked in 4K and infant room. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family.
