My name is Lauren Flynn and I have been an educator for 8 years. I have am amazing son and one more on the way. My philosophy as a teacher is to create a safe environment where children can thrive and explore their own abilities at their own pace. When children feel capable, they can do amazing things. By modeling and providing guidance through child lead scenarios, we can focus on the social and emotional development of the children thus ensuring that they will carry these abilities with them throughout their school career.
