My name is Ciera Carey, I am a University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee graduate. I was born and raised here on the south side of Madison. I moved to Milwaukee for school and decided to move back to give back to the community that gave so much to me. When I’m not doing homework or working, I love to paint, make soap, and go on walks.
